Thank you for choosing adoption. Our screening application tells us about your household, your experience with pets, and the kind of home you can offer — so we can make sure the cat you choose is a great fit for both of you.

This application is required. Every field must be completed before it can be submitted. It takes about 10–15 minutes — please have your veterinarian’s details and two personal references on hand.

What Happens After You Submit?

Once you complete and submit the adoption screener, your information will be sent directly to Finding Pasha for review.

Submitting the screener does not guarantee adoption. Our team carefully reviews each application to make sure the cat and prospective adopter are the right match for one another.

If your application meets our initial adoption requirements, a member of the Finding Pasha team will contact you to discuss the next steps.

Please allow us a few days to review your submission. Because we are a volunteer-based rescue, response times may vary.
