How Willow came to us.
Willow was found on the side of a road with a fractured leg, unable to put weight on it. She was frightened, in pain, and had clearly been on her own for some time.
She is currently under veterinary care and recovering in a quiet foster room, where she is learning that hands mean comfort rather than harm.
Willow is not yet ready for adoption. We are sharing her story early so that when she is cleared, she already has people waiting to meet her.
